Change Password

If, after initial login, you would like to change your password, click Profile in the top-right of the screen, and then click Change Password to open the Change Password screen.

Complete all the fields on the Change Your Password screen, and then click Change Password.

If the agency has enabled multi-factor authentication (MFA), you will receive an SMS message with a verification code at the MFA phone number associated with your user profile. Enter the verification code to complete logging in.
