Introduction to Data Views
The ProLink+ reporting tool, Data Views, allows you to analyze information across the database. The system includes a number of configurable data views that provide detail on homeowner applications, program qualifications, program stages, and more.
You can customize each data view with new column options to create their own unique, customized views. Customized views are either public or private. System administrators can create custom, public views available to all users. Individual users can create custom, private views available only to them. If your agency would like to publish a set of public views, users with appropriate security rights can manage this in the ProLink Admin section of the application.
This functionality provides business users the ability to create their own reports without the need for a Custom Report Writer or working through IT. With data views, individual users can create unlimited views, add or remove columns, sort and filter columns, create advanced filters, and save views for later use. Each row in a data view is a “clickable” link that navigates to the record.
To learn more on how to navigate, create, and customize Data Views, see Manage ProLink+ Data Views.
Specialized Data Views
ProLink+ includes specialty data views that provide more functionality that the standard data view reporting. Often these data views are housed outside of the Data Views menu. Use the links below to access specific information about these screens.
