ProLink+ 22.2.2 Release Notes
ProLink Solutions is pleased to announce the 22.2.2 ProLink+ release. You've come to the right place to review What's New as well as additional Tickets Delivered.
- UAT Release: March 23, 2022
- Production Release: March 29, 2022
The release introduces the following new functionality.
Agency Portal
Read-Only Access to the Profile Email Address
The Profile Email Address field has been added as a read-only field in the Homeowner Contact Information section of the Edit Homeowner Application - Personal Info tab. The field displays the value from the Manage User Profile screen. This change ensures users without access to the Manage User Profile screen can still access the homeowner's email address.

Application Stage Updates
You can now change the status of applications in Stage 8 (Completed) to inactive through the Program Stages screen. Inactive Stage 8 applications are hidden from the list on My Queue.
Ability to Advance Application with "Other" Servicer
We made changes so that you can advance applications when "Other" is selected for the servicer on mortgages 2–4; for example, because payments will not be made on those mortgages.
This functionality is determined by a new config setting called AllowOtherMortgageServicerOverride. When the config setting is False, the system follows existing behavior (cannot advance applications with an "Other" servicer). When the config setting is True, the Mortgage Info tab shows a new Bypass Stage Validation checkbox when "Other" is selected for the servicer of mortgages 2, 3, or 4.

In this case, you can advance the application to Stage 4 (Underwriting) when each mortgage with a balance greater than zero has a servicer selected (not "Other") OR the Bypass Stage Validation checkbox is selected for mortgages 2–4 with a servicer of "Other."
In addition, mortgages 2–4 with an "Other" servicer are not shown in the Payments grid on the Edit Program Qualification screen and are not available when creating manual disbursements.
The Bypass Stage Validation checkbox is enabled for users with one of the following security privileges:
- Application - Mortgage - Override Other Servicer Validation (new)
- Administrative Modify
The Homeowner Applications, Program Qualifications, and Program Stages data views include the following new available columns: 2nd Mortgage Bypass Other Stage Validation, 3rd Mortgage Bypass Other Stage Validation, 4th Mortgage Bypass Other Stage Validation.
Visibility into the Permission to Contact Field
On the Homeowner Portal, ineligible applicants can select a checkbox that indicates the agency may contact the applicant.

Note
ProLink configures the text for your agency, so the text the applicant sees may be different than the screenshot.
This Permission to Contact field (IsPermissionGivenForContactbyHUD) is now displayed on the Main tab of the Edit Homeowner Application screen. The field is also added to the following data views: Homeowner Applications, Program Qualifications, Program Stages.
| Database Value | Screen Value | Data View Value |
|---|---|---|
| 1 (checkbox selected and submitted) | Yes | Yes |
| 0 (checkbox cleared and submitted) | No | No |
| NULL (ineligible application but applicant does not submit answers on the Ineligible screen OR eligible application) | No Answer | Blank |

CDF Updates
We added a new Import Date field to imported CDF records. The field is also added to the CDF Records screen and the CDF Records data view.

Program Qualifications Data View Updates
The Program Qualifications data view now includes the Reinstatement Good Through Date from the first mortgage. The column displays the date from the most recent V or Y record. If mortgage information is present but no CDF records exist, the field shows N/A. If no mortgage information or CDF records exist, the field is blank.
Payee Report Updates
The Program Allocation by Payee Report includes the following changes:
- The Projected Assistance column is renamed to Projected Total Assistance.
- The Remaining to be Paid column is added (sum of all disbursements where the Created Date <= As of Date and Current Status is Pending, or Paid Date >= As of Date).
