The release introduces new functionality in the following categories:
Homeowner Portal Enhancements
ProLink has updated the text on the Homeowner Portal Supporting Files screen. The text below the title of each supporting file will display the Description from the Edit Supporting File screen in the Agency Portal. The text on the hyperlink to download forms will display the file name of the form.

Homeowner Application Updates
The Homeowner Application Overview screen includes a new section called Recent Activity, which provides a quick view of the last activity for the application, including:
Most Recent Contact Attempt—Most recent Contact Attempt Date from the Contact Attempt records
Most Recent Note/Task Date—Most recent Date from the Note/Task screen
Most Recent CDF Record Date—Most recent Date from the CDF records
Most Recent File Updated Date—Most recent Updated Date from a file on the application
The system defines the Last Activity Date as the most recent date from the fields above. This Last Activity Date has been added to the Stage 1 through Stage 5 grids on the My Queue screen and to the Homeowner Application data view.
In another change, the Socially Disadvantaged drop-down list on the Edit Homeowner Application screen has been updated to show the entire text of the field options.
Program Qualification Updates
The Edit Program Qualification screen includes a new Housing Ratio section, which includes the following fields to help agencies demonstrate benefits paid to applicants in certain housing ratio bands:
Underwriter Annual Housing Expenses—Underwriter-verified annual housing expenses.
Underwriter Monthly Housing Expenses—Calculated as Underwriter Annual Housing Expenses / 12.
Housing Ratio—Calculated as Underwriter Monthly Housing Expenses / Underwriter Monthly Income.
These fields are also added to the Program Qualification data view.
Disbursement Updates
Disbursements associated with an Export ID will no longer appear in the search results of the Disbursement Utility.
Common Data File (CDF) Updates
The CDF Records screen includes a new ProLink+ Program field, which displays a list of all active programs on the Homeowner Application. This field, required to queue a CDF record, identifies the program from which to pull program-specific information.
The ProLink+ Program field is also added as an available column to the CDF Records data view.
When queuing a T record from the CDF Records screen, the following columns are populated as described:
Column BH, State Program—Populated with Program Alias from Edit Program for the selected ProLink+ Program.
Column BK, Actual Program End Date—Populated with the current date, when the record is queued.
Column BO, Remaining Available HHF Balance—Populated with the value of undisbursed amounts for the program that have not been returned to the program fund.
To better identify which disbursements B and P records are associated with, we have updated the Unique ID of B records to be "<HomeownerApplicationNumber> - <DisbursementID>." The Disbursement ID field is added as an available column to the CDF records data view.
Report Updates
The Program Allocation report has been updated. The Total Income column is renamed to "Underwriting Income" and displays the Underwriter Annual Income instead of the applicant-provided income. In addition, ProLink has fixed a subtotal calculation in the report.
Admin Updates
The ProLink Admin Security Roles functionality includes a new Program Documents - Modify privilege, which controls whether users can see and modify Program Doc Templates in the ProLink Admin menu.
