Forgot Password

This information applies only if your organization is not using single sign-on access control.
If you forget or need to reset your password, you can reset the password from the Login screen by clicking Forgot Password.
Enter your email address in the Forgot Password screen, and then click Send. The Login screen appears, and the system sends an email to the email address.
Tip
If you do not receive the email immediately, check your junk or spam email folder. If you still do not receive the email, contact your system administrator.
Use the details from the email to access and complete the Reset Password screen.
If the agency has enabled multi-factor authentication (MFA), you will receive an SMS message with a verification code at the MFA phone number associated with your user profile. Enter the verification code to complete logging in.
