This section describes updates to the Agency Portal.

The Recertification Due Date field on the Edit Disbursement screen is now an editable field, regardless of if the disbursement is manual or automatic.

Whether the field is systematically populated now depends on a new config setting, called AutomaticallyPopulateRecertificationDueDate. The default setting is True, which results in the system populating the Recertification Due Date on automatically created disbursement records. When the setting is False the system does not populate the Recertification Due Date on automatically created disbursements.
