Each program on an application processes through stages until it is either inactivated or completed.

  • Prequalification (Stage 1 - Registered and Stage 2 - Submitted)

  • Qualification (Stage 3)

  • Underwriting and Closing (Stages 4 and 5)

  • Disbursement (Stage 6)

  • Program Oversight (Stage 7 - Monitoring and Stage 8 - Completed)
