What's New
The release introduces the following new functionality.
Agency Portal
This section describes updates to the Agency Portal.
Program Qualification Updates
The Program Qualification screen includes a new column, called Loan Unpaid Principal Balance Amount, in the CDF Information grid. In addition, the grid now also displays C records.
Inactive Reason Visibility in Homeowner Application
You can now see the selected inactive reason for a program on the homeowner application.
The Edit Stage Information popup shows the Inactive Reason field when displaying information for an inactive status.
The Action column on the Program Stages screen shows the inactive reason when the action makes the program inactive, regardless of whether the inactivity was made manually or systematically.
U.S. Treasury Report Updates
The ProgramStatus column on Application Data tab of the U.S. Treasury Report now displays the status of the program on the As of Date. In addition, the report includes a new column at the end of the Application Data tab, called ProgramStage. If a program is in more than one stage and status combination on the As of Date, the report displays the most recent stage and status.
ProLink also updated the InactiveReason to display the Inactive Reason on the As of Date.
Data View Updates
This section describes updates related to data views.
Identification of First Time in Stage and Status
The Program Stages data view includes a new column, called First Time in StageStatus, that identifies whether a program has been in the current stage and status combination previously.
Messaging Status Added to Data Views
The Homeowner Applications and Program Qualifications data views include a new Messaging Status column, which indicates "Locked" or "Unlocked" to indicate the status of messaging for the application.
Program Category Available from Checklist Items Data View
The Checklist Items data view includes a new column for Program Category.
New Messaging Configuration
ProLink Admin Config Settings includes a new setting, called EnableUnlockMessagingOnSend, which controls whether messaging is unlocked for applicants when an agency user sends a message. When the setting is "True," sending a message to an applicant results in messaging being unlocked for the applicant. When the setting is "False," sending a message does not automatically unlock messaging.
