ProLink+ 22.1.6 Release Notes
ProLink Solutions is pleased to announce the 22.1.6 ProLink+ release. You've come to the right place to review What's New as well as additional Tickets Delivered.
- UAT Release: February 16, 2022
- Production Release: February 22, 2022
The release introduces the following new functionality.
Agency Portal
New My Tasks View
ProLink+ includes a new screen called My Tasks, which displays all tasks assigned to a user. You can filter tasks by Due Date, Task Status, and User (with the appropriate security privilege). Tasks are assigned to a user through the Notes/Tasks screen on individual applications.

Screen functionality is controlled by the following security privileges:
- Main - My Tasks - All Users—Allows you to see all tasks.
- Main - My Tasks - Assigned—Allows you to see tasks assigned to you.
- Main - My Tasks - All Entity Users—Allows you to see tasks assigned to all ProLink+ users of the same entity/Agency. You must be assigned to the entity.
Ability to "Tag" Applications
You can now add tags to Homeowner Applications that notate certain things about the application. All users can see tags applied to an application; however, only users with the Application - Tags - Modify security privilege can add or change tags on an application.

The system administrator can define the values for the multi-select, non-system picklist called PL_Tag.
You can also filter the My Queue screen by tags.

The Application Tags field has been added as an available column to the Homeowner Applications, Program Qualifications, and Program Stages data views.
Update to Housing Ratio for Program Qualification
We made changes so that Processor/Underwriters now enter monthly housing expenses, rather than annual, to calculate the housing ratio on the Edit Program Qualification screen.

Updates Related to Disbursements
ProLink made several updates that make it even easier to manage disbursement details.
Entry of the appraisal amount has been removed as a requirement to advance an application to Stage 6 - Disbursements.
The Edit Disbursement screen now includes a CDF Records tab, which displays each CDF record (B and P records) linked to the disbursement.

The Export History screen in the Disbursements utility has been updated to include the batch number(s). In addition, you can view the details of the disbursement file, specifically each disbursement included in the file.

New Contact Attempts Data View
ProLink+ Data Views includes a new data view called Contact Attempts, which allows the Agency to see contact attempts across all applications in the system.
The release includes the following items.
