The Edit Homeowner Application screen - Property Info tab includes a new read-only field called Census Tract.

When users enter or update the property address and save the Homeowner Application record, the system queries the U.S. Census Bureau to retrieve census tract information for the property address.

If a valid census tract is identified, the system updates the Census Tract field. If no valid census tract is identified, the field remains blank.

The Census Tract field is also added to the Homeowner Application, Program Qualification, Loan Tracking, and Disbursements data views.

In preparation for support of multiple applications per homeowner, ProLink has updated ProLink+'s duplicate validation logic.

The Duplicate Social Security Number (SSN) validation will be run on all application updates when the SSN is not empty. No error will be displayed if the SSN is the same and the profile (external user ID) is the same between applications.

The Duplicate Loan Number validation will be run on all application updates when the Servicer and Loan Number fields are not empty. No error will be displayed if the Servicer and Loan Number are the same and the profile is the same between applications.

ProLink can configure the counselor assignment engine so that homeowners will be assigned to a counselor from an agency that covers the county of the property for which they are seeking assistance. When multiple agencies are located in the same county, the system will randomly select one according to the agency-specified weight. The system determines individual counselor assignments based on the counselor with the least number of assigned applications.

As part of this change, the ProLink Users grid on the Edit Entity screen now includes the Business Line Role and count of assigned applications.
