Program Manager Overview
The Program Manager Overview displays summary statistics by MSA, homeownership retention follow-up status, and the inactive applications by reason.
At the top of the screen, select All to view the data for all programs (default), or select a specific program for which to view real-time data.
Programs Stage and Status by County
This section displays the number of applications in each stage and status (excluding inactive ones) by MSA.
Enter or select the As of Date, and then click Go. The default is the current date.
If multiple records are found for a given program, the screen shows the record with the latest Stage Status record Entered Date.
Homeownership Retention Follow Up Status
This section displays the number of applications due for six and twelve month follow ups in the next 10 days as well as any that are past due their follow-up date. The Program Manager can then run a report to view the details of which homeowners need to be contacted for the follow up.
Inactive Programs by Reason
This section lists the reasons for making programs inactive and shows the number of inactive programs that correspond to each reason.
