Sorting
Sorting changes the order in which data appears in lists or grids. Sorting the data is a quick method to locate a record. If you sort multiple columns, the first column selected is the column used for the primary sorting of the data.
Tip
To rearrange the order of the columns in a data view, create a custom view, which allows you to select columns and define their order in the view. See Create a New Data View.

Click the text of a column heading title to activate a sort. A small arrow appears to the right of the title.
Click the column heading title again to change the sort from ascending (up arrow) to descending (down arrow).
Click the column heading title again to removing the sorting.
Move the mouse pointer to any sorted column to show a tooltip of the current sort order.
