What's New
The release introduces the following new functionality.
Agency Portal
This section describes updates to the Agency Portal.
Property Info Updates
The Edit Homeowner Application - Property Info screen in the Agency Portal includes a new optional system picklist called Housing Type. The field is available in the Homeowner Applications and Program Qualifications data views. The field is not visible in the Homeowner Portal.
In another change, the same screen includes a new optional system picklist called Property Region, which will assist in identifying urban and rural properties to the Treasury. The field is available in the Homeowner Applications and Program Qualifications data views. The field is not visible in the Homeowner Portal.
The screen also includes new read-only fields called Persistent Poverty County and Majority Minority Census Tract, which will assist in reporting on social disadvantage to the Treasury. The Persistent Poverty County field shows the value stored in the database for the property county, and the Majority Minority Census Tract field shows the value stored in the database for the census tract, state, and county. The fields are available in the Homeowner Applications and Program Qualifications data views.
In addition, we updated asterisks on the Edit Homeowner Application screen to reflect actual field requirements. The Purchase Price field no longer shows an asterisk (not required), and the Number of Units field now shows a blue conditional asterisk (required to advance to stage 6).
Mortgage Info Updates
The Edit Homeowner Application - Mortgage Info screen in the Agency Portal includes a new optional system picklist called Other Mortgage Type, which will assist with reporting to the Treasury. The field is available for up to four mortgages on the application. The field is available in the Homeowner Applications and Program Qualifications data views. The field is not visible in the Homeowner Portal.
Race Values
The PL_Race picklist includes the following new values, which allows for more detailed reporting to the Treasury:

Asian - Chinese
Asian - Filipino
Asian - Japanese
Asian - Korean
Asian - Vietnamese
Asian (Other)
Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander - Guamanian or Chamorro
Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander - Native Hawaiian
Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander - Samoan
Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander - Pacific Islander (Other)
The existing value of Asian is now Asian - Unspecified, and Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander is now Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander - Unspecified.
The Race picklist values are available in both the Homeowner Portal and the Agency Portal.
With the new CDF - Delete security privilege or the updated Admin Delete security privilege, you can now delete queued and imported CDF records if needed. You cannot delete exported records.
Click Delete in the toolbar on the CDF Record Data screen to delete the record.
Systematic Intake Clerk reassignments no longer filter out applications based on stage.
In a separate change, ProLink updated Counselor reassignments so that applications are systematically reassigned when a counselor is made inactive in the system. The system reassigns the applications to a different counselor in the same agency.
With the new Main - My Tasks - Bulk Reassign security privilege or the updated Admin Modify security privilege, you can reassign a large number of tasks at one time; for example, to re-balance workload or if a user will be out of the office for an extended period of time.
Select the tasks to reassign.
Select the user to assign the tasks to in the Reassign To list.
Click Reassign in the top toolbar.
The Program Stages data view includes a new column for Days in Stage, which equals the date stage exited minus the stage date (when it entered the current stage).
The Program Qualifications data view includes the Days in Stage column as well as the Stage Date.
The List Security Roles screen includes a new Export Matrix button, which allows you to export a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet of all roles and their associated privileges, so that you can compare access across security roles.
