ProLink Solutions is pleased to announce the 21.3.6 ProLink+ release.

Homeowner Portal Enhancements
The release includes the following enhancements in the Homeowner Portal.
On the Dashboard, the Counselor contact information includes the website URL from the Entity record that the counselor is assigned to (in the Agency Portal).
The Mortgage screen now includes the Federal Loan Program field.
Changes were made so that the Homeowner Portal logs users out after 30 minutes of inactivity regardless of whether the window or tab of the website is open or closed, which provides added security for applicants using the Homeowner Portal at public terminals.
Admin Updates
The Homeowner Portal property address validation is now controlled by an Agency Portal configuration setting called EnableAddressValidationService.
The Socially Disadvantaged question is now controlled by an Agency Portal configuration setting called IsSociallyDisadvantagedQuestionRequired. If the setting is false, the Homeowner Portal does not show nor require an answer to to the Socially Disadvantaged question.
Drop-down lists in the Homeowner Portal now include "Inactive" appended to previously selected picklist values that have been inactivated through the Agency Portal.
