Prioritization Utility
The Prioritization utility helps the Agency prioritize homeowner applications based on the Agency's plan during intake and qualification. You can search for a group of applications and then set or change the Application Priority for all the selected applications at one time. The Application Priority field is located on the Edit Homeowner Application - Main tab.
Enter search criteria, using the following filters, and then click Search in the top toolbar:
Application Priority
Program—Required
Program Category
Application Classification
Applicant AMI%
Applicant NMI%
Applicant Most Favorable Median Income%
Program Stage
Program Status
Underwriter AMI%
Underwriter NMI%
Underwriter Most Favorable Median Income %
Socially Disadvantaged
Federal Loan Program
Priority County—When set to "Yes," the results include applications where the Property County is a Priority County (as designated in ProLink Admin/Programs/County Settings).
Mortgage in Forbearance
Mortgage in Foreclosure
Mortgage Sale Date Scheduled
Mortgage Delinquency Status
Eligible for Unemployment
Tip
You can hide and show the Search Filters section by clicking
.Select the checkbox(es) at the beginning of the row(s) of the applications to update.
Select the checkbox in the header row to select all applications.
Select the new Application Priority for the selected applications.
Click Save.
