Program Oversight
Throughout the life of a program, the Agency is responsible for ensuring that applications are processed fairly and in accordance with the program plan. ProLink+ includes various functionality to help the Agency oversee the program.
Appeals Processing—This functionality helps you track data when the applicant disputes a decision about the application.
Quality Control—This functionality helps you log information about compliance reviews and audits performed on applications. This can also include fraud prevention measures, identification of training needs, and payee and program performance reporting.
Monitoring Stage—When applications complete disbursements, they move to Stage 7 - Monitoring, which allow you monitor the application for homeowner compliance until the forgiveness period is over.
