Introduction

ProLink+ is software that helps connect emergency assistance funds with those in need. The software consists of a back-office system (Agency Portal) that supports program counselors, program servicing, and program administration as well as a front-end portal (Homeowner Portal) where applicants can request assistance.

About the Homeowner Portal

The Homeowner Portal manages the initial pre-qualification and intake stages of the application process. This initial intake stage of an application can be performed by the applicant through the Homeowner Portal or by any combination of approved partners in the Agency Portal.

The Homeowner Portal and Agency Portal share the same database, which means when an applicant makes changes in the Homeowner Portal, the information is immediately available in the Agency Portal, and vice versa.

The Homeowner Portal is mobile friendly, which means applicants can complete their applications on a phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. The screenshots in the Homeowner Portal Help Center show the desktop view.

Supported Browsers

ProLink+ requires an up-to-date web browser to make sure that you can use all of ProLink+'s features. ProLink+ currently supports the latest two version of all browsers, unless otherwise noted.

Supported browsers include:

  • Apple Safari

  • Microsoft Edge

To help ensure applicants have a favorable experience completing their application online, the Homeowner Portal shows a banner recommending a browser upgrade if the applicant is using an old, unsupported browser.
