Email Content
This information is for Program Managers or system administrators who are responsible for managing programs in ProLink+.
Important
The following security privileges control access to the Email Content screen:
Administrative Read
Administrative Modify
ProLink Admin - Email Content - View
ProLink Admin - Email Content - Modify
The Email Content functionality in ProLink Admin allows the Program Manager to define content to append to system-generated stage and status update emails.
The Email Content List screen includes one record for each Stage/Status combination.
Click a row to access the Edit Email Content screen, where you can use a rich text editor to enter content to append to the end of system-generated stage and status update emails.
