Homeownership Retention Follow Up Report
The Homeownership Retention Follow Up Report provides the Agency with a list of the homeowner applications that are past due their homeownership retention follow up and a list of the applications that are due for the six and twelve month follow-ups in the number of days specified in the report criteria.
This report is helpful if you are required to report homeownership retention after the homeowners have received assistance.

To run the report:
Navigate to the Reports panel, and then select Homeownership Retention Follow Up in the left navigation menu.
The report viewer opens in a new tab.
Optionally, update the Follow Up Due in (Days) field to change the date range, and then click View Report.
In the report toolbar, you can page through the report; refresh the data; zoom in or out; save to Excel, PDF, or Word; print; and search.
The first section shows the homeowner applications with programs where the six-month Homeownership Retention Follow Up Date has passed and the Homeownership Retention Result has not been recorded. Reporting is for programs that are in Stage 7 - Monitoring (Status = Active, Repayment, or Completed) or Stage 6 - Disbursement (Status = Repayment).
The second section shows the homeowner applications with programs where the 12-month Homeownership Retention Follow Up Date has passed and the Homeownership Retention Result has not been recorded. Reporting is for programs that are in Stage 7 - Monitoring (Status = Active, Repayment, or Completed) or Stage 6 - Disbursement (Status = Repayment).
The third section shows the homeowner applications with programs where the 24-month Homeownership Retention Follow Up Date has passed and the Homeownership Retention Result has not been recorded. Reporting is for programs that are in Stage 7 - Monitoring (Status = Active, Repayment, or Completed) or Stage 6 - Disbursement (Status = Repayment).
Note
Homeownership Retention Follow Up information is recorded on the Outcomes tab of the Edit Program Qualification screen.
For homeowner applications with programs due for a follow-up (six-month, 12-month, or 24-month), the report uses the specified date range—between the report run date and the number of days specified in the Follow Up Due in (Days) field. Reporting is for programs that are in Stage 7 - Monitoring (Status = Active, Repayment, or Completed) or Stage 6 - Disbursement (Status = Repayment).
The Other column displays Yes if the associated application number is reported more than once.
