What's New
The release introduces the following new functionality.
Agency Portal
This section describes updates to the Agency Portal.
The "unverified files" icon that appears in My Queue now includes a tooltip when you point to the icon. The tooltip "Application has unverified file(s)" helps users understand what the icon is showing.
In a separate change, we added an indicator on the My Queue screen (stage 3–6 grids) so that you can quickly identify the most recent CDF record that has been queued, exported, or imported for the application.
The Main tab on an application includes several enhancements related to files.
The tab includes a new section that shows the files that have been uploaded without a file type.
Above the Files grids is a link directly to the Edit File screen.
All Files grids are now collapsible and expandable.
The Application Assignment and Application Reassignment utilities now include Program Status information to help you better manage bulk assignments. The grid includes a new Program Status column, and the Search Filters section includes a Status filter.

The Program Stages data view now includes Program Stage History Action as an available column.
The Program Qualifications data view now includes the following as available columns:
1st Mortgage Days Until/Past Good Through Date—If the value is in the past, it will be shown as a negative value.
Total Remaining Approved Amount: Total Approved Amount minus (Total Disbursed Amount plus Total Recycled Amount)—If there is no Total Approved Amount or Total Disbursed Amount, this value will be blank. If there is no Total Recycled Amount, the calculation uses zero for the recycled amount.

The Disbursements data view now includes Disbursement Comments (up to 1,000 characters) as an available column.
Additionally, when you export data views into Microsoft Excel, the export files now show the data view's column captions rather than the database field names.
ProLink made multiple changes related to the common data file (CDF).
Updated CDF Program Types
We updated the program types available for generating and importing CDF records.
The available program type values now include P - Loss Mit with State Cont and J - Lien Extinguishment.
M - MRAP or N - Transitional Assistance have been removed as available program type values.
New CDF Record Types
CDF record types G and X are now supported in ProLink+.
You can queue record type G - Guaranteeing Funds. When you queue a G record, the record is populated as follows:
BI. Program Begin Date uses the system Disbursement Start Date
BJ. Expected End Payment Date uses the system One Time Payment Due Date for the selected mortgage
BL. Total Funds Allocated uses the One Time Payment Amount for the selected mortgage
DZ. Funding Source = HAF
As part of this change, you must now select the Record Type before you can select the Program Type; and the Program Type values available depend on the Record Type selection.
In addition, you can import X - Expected Payment records through the CDF Import utility.
Added Created Date to CDF Records
The CDF Records grid now includes a Created Date column.
New CDF Record Aging Report
The new CDF Record Aging report provides information about CDF records that have been sent where a match has not yet been received.
If you have any of the following security privileges, you can access the report in the Reports panel: Administrative Read, Administrative Modify, Reports - CDF Aging Report (new privilege).
Depending on the parameters you define, the report shows:
B records with no P records received
I records with no V or O records received
Q records with no Y records received
Support for CDF 7.4
ProLink+ now supports the new CDF version 7.4.
The CDF data view and CDF Record Data screen include the following new fields:
ES - Original Loan Amount
ET - Sub Servicer Name
EU - Initial Delinquency Date
EV - Number of Units
EW - Property Type
Other fields have been renamed:
AR. Objection is changed to AR. Obstacle
AS. Objection Reason is changed to AS. Obstacle Reason
AB. Total Past Due Less Fees is changed to AB. Total Past Due
CG. UPB After Modification Trial is changed to CG. UPB at Loss Mitigation Decision Stage
CH. Interest Rate After Modification Trial is changed to CH. Interest Rate at Loss Mitigation Decision Stage
CI. Amortization Term After Modification Trial is changed to CI. Amortization Term at Loss Mitigation Decision Stage
CJ. PITI Payment after Modification Trial is changed to CJ. PITI Payment at Loss Mitigation Decision Stage
CK. Principal Forbearance Amount Trial is changed to CK. Deferred Balance or Partial Claim At Loss Mitigation Decision Stage
CL. Principal Forgiveness Amount Trial is changed to CL. Principal Forgiveness Amount, per investor guidance, as applicable
CM. First Trial Payment Due Date Trial is changed to CM. First Trial Payment Due Date, as applicable
CN. Estimated HFA PR Contribution Trial is changed to CN. HAF PR Contribution Amount
CP. Interest Rate After Modification Perm is changed to CP. Interest Rate Post Assistance
CS. Principal Forbearance Amount Perm is changed to CS. Deferred Balance or Partial Claim Post Assistance
CT. Principal Forgiveness Amount is changed to CT. Principal Forgiveness Amount per investor guidance, as applicable
CU. Permanent Modification Date (next payment due date) is changed to CU. Next Payment Due Date (Post Loss Mitigation)
CV. Final HFA/State PR Contribution Perm is changed to CV. Final HAF State PR Contribution
The field renaming is immediate for the CDF Record Data screen. ProLink will complete the field renaming updates to the data view through a script that is timed with the CDF version change from 7.3 to 7.4.
