New System Search Security Privilege

ProLink Admin includes a new security privilege called Main - System Quick Search - All Entity Apps. When a user's security role includes this security privilege, then the user sees only search results for applications that are assigned to the user or assigned to another user within the same entity.

Added Latest File Upload Date

We added the Latest File Upload date to the following places:

  • Homeowner Applications data view

  • Program Qualifications data view

  • Recent Activity section on the Homeowner Application Overview screen

The Latest File Upload is the most recent Created Date for all file attachments on an application.

More Control over the Homeowner Portal Banner

Agencies now have more control over the banner message and link that appear, if configured through the Agency Portal, on the application dashboard screen of the Homeowner Portal. You will no longer go to ProLink Admin Config Settings to configure the banner message and banner link. Instead, a new ProLink Admin screen, Dashboard Message, allows you to use a rich text editor to maintain both the banner message and banner link. The rich text editor allows you to format the message text.

Note

For some agencies, the banner message appears on the Sign and Submit screen of the Homeowner Portal. Please contact your ProLink representative if you have questions.

Note

You will continue to maintain the application intake message through the ProLink Admin menu option for Application Intake.

NACHA File Support

If the Agency Portal is configured for it, you can export a National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) file from the Disbursements utility instead of the standard accounting file. The Disbursements utility supports creation of either the standard account file or the NACHA file.

When the HasNACHAFile config setting is TRUE, the Export to NACHA button is enabled. When the the config setting is FALSE (default), the Export to Accounting button is enabled. Only one of these buttons appears at a time in the top toolbar.

When you click Export to NACHA, the system generates a NACHA file containing the disbursements selected in the utility.

For NACHA files only, the system includes the following errors to prevent paying an entity without valid banking information:

  • If any payee to be included in the file does not have a 9-digit routing number, the file is not generated and the screen displays the warning: [Entity Name] does not have a valid routing number. Please enter a 9 digit routing number on the entity record to be able to pay [Entity Name].

  • If any payee to be included in the file does not have an account number, the file is not generated and the screen displays the warning: [Entity Name] does not have a valid bank account number. Please enter an Account Number on the entity record to be able to pay [Entity Name].

  • If no disbursements are selected, the screen displays the warning: No disbursements selected to export.
