Manage User Profile
The Manage User Profile screen is used to maintain the email address and phone number associated with the homeowner profile and assist applicants in updating their account login details.
Every profile in the system must have a phone number and email address, which uniquely identify the homeowner. If the agency allows multiple applications per homeowner, you can view and access all applications associated with the profile from the Manage User Profile screen. Click a row in the Profile Applications grid to navigate to the Homeowner Application Overview screen for the application.
You can update the profile information, if needed, from the Manage User Profile screen. When you update information on this screen, you are updating the profile, not the application. The same profile information is used for all applications associated to the profile.
Navigate to the application.
Select the Manage User Profile option in the left navigation menu.
OR
Click the View Related Applications link in the Selected Application menu.
The Manage User Profile screen opens.

If you are updating information at the request of the homeowner, verify the person by confirming the basic information in the Identify Verification section.
You can update the applicant's Email Address if needed.
The email needs to be unique; that is, it cannot be used for an existing user profile/Homeowner Portal account.
You can update the applicant's MFA Phone Number, used for multi-factor authentication (MFA), if needed.
If multi-factor authentication (MFA) should be enabled for the profile, requiring the homeowner to use a code received at the MFA phone number to complete logging into the Homeowner Portal, select the MFA enabled checkbox.
Select the checkbox to indicate if the Homeowner would like to receive email alerts regarding their application.
Click Update User Profile in the top toolbar.
If you updated the email address, the system sends the homeowner an email with information about the Homeowner Portal account. We recommend the applicant change their password after they first log in with the temporary, system-generated password.
